CareCorp Seniors Services is a trusted provider of healthcare, food, and support services to long-term care and assisted living facilities across BC. We are seeking a compassionate and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (Casual) to join our team in one of our beautiful long term care facilities.

Location: 2250 Wilson Ave, Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 1Z5
Position Type: Casual
Shifts: 8 hour shifts, day shift, evening shift, Monday to Friday, night shift, on call, weekends as needed
Compensation: $32.84 per hour
Overtime pay available
We are looking for a skilled nurse who can perform assessments, plan, implement, and provide personal and nursing care to residents. This includes administering oral and subcutaneous medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures. The successful candidate will also directly supervise care staff to meet resident's needs.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need a graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program, current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC, and current CPR and First Aid certification. Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing are also essential. Knowledge and background in Dementia care is preferred, as is cultural education and experience.
