We are seeking a skilled and experienced Swing Manager to lead our food service team at McDonalds Restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to train and develop staff.
