Job Summary:

We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to provide evening care to our residents. As a beneficiary caregiver, you will be responsible for administering medication, assisting with daily living activities, and providing emotional support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and codes of ethics
  • Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
  • Contribute to the adjustment of a resident's action plan based on observations
  • Carry out health and hygienic care to residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity
  • Proactively assist and support residents
  • Respond to all emergency situations
  • Report any noticeable changes in a resident's mental or physical health to the on-call nurse
Requirements:
  • PDSB training
  • Up-to-date CPR/AED training certificates
