We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to work in various long-term and acute care facilities in the Lincoln area.

This is an excellent opportunity to earn above-average wages with travel compensation and accommodation.

As an RPN, you will provide nursing care according to established policy, physician's orders, and the resident plan of care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering excellent nursing and personal care in assigned home areas
  • Ensuring timely and accessible admissions for residents
  • Managing drug supply, control, and safekeeping on all shifts
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to meet residents' physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs

In addition to providing exceptional patient care, you will also be responsible for:

  • Maintaining active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Working with persons who have infectious diseases
  • Holding a BLS Certificate and valid First Aid & CPR certification
  • Providing proof of current immunizations and negative TB skin test within one year
  • Having a current Vulnerable Sector Police Check
  • Being able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Developing strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adapting to flexible shift times and being able to 'float' from unit to unit
  • Complying with RhynoCare Healthcare's shift acceptance/cancellation policy
