**Job Summary**

At AppleOne, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Team Lead to join our team. As a Construction Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing teams of between 4-8 individuals on job sites, ensuring that installations are completed on time and accurately.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the installation of windows and doors with the crew
  • Work with customers, management, and crews to ensure installations are completed on time and accurately
  • Use various hand tools and construction equipment to aid in installation
  • Keep account managers informed of job statistics
  • Perform performance management of crews, assist in hiring of staff
  • Provide hand-on supervisory duties

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of construction experience
  • Comfortable with heavy lifting and ability to use various power tools
  • Supervisory experience an asset
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both written and spoken
  • Own reliable transportation, site is not transit accessible
