Job Title: Payroll Specialist for Legal Services

BeBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist for Legal Services to join our team in Vancouver, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our legal services team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for legal services team in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll data and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records and prepare reports.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees regarding payroll matters.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare journal entries.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax returns.
  • Assist with the preparation of annual budgets.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to payroll.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
