Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Admin Assistant to support our sales team in ensuring seamless sales operations. This role will provide administrative assistance to the sales team, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and manage customer inquiries.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create accurate customer quotes and send them via email or text.
  • Process orders efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and smooth execution.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, verifying account details and directing new accounts to the appropriate Account Executive.
  • Analyze lost quotes to refine sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and concurrent deliverables. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
