We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Payables Technician to join our team in Vaudreuil-Dorion. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for reconciling vendor statements and payables, reviewing and reconciling open receipts, and reconciling GL accounts related to payables.

Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile vendor statements and payables
  • Review and reconcile open receipts
  • Reconcile GL accounts related to payables
  • Process high-volume invoices and P/O matching
  • Full accounts payable cycle
Requirements:
  • DEC/AEC in accounting
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar position
  • Experience working with ACCPAC or another ERP system (an asset)
  • Bilingual (an asset)
