Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Sandhu Drywall Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare production and other reports to ensure project progress and efficiency.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions to meet project needs.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills to complete tasks.
  • Manage the project schedule and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on site.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Supervision: You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
  • Overtime may be required to ensure project completion.
