Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

Meadow Park Montessori School is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to grow and develop.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to work with children from birth to 6 years old. The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement engaging and educational programs for young children
  • Develop and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation and cleanup
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in early childhood education
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in a Montessori setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
