Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Paradise Pools and Landscaping. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of pools, landscapes, and other outdoor structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding work
  • Manual dexterity
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Overtime required
