We are seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Beaverhill Shell. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assigning sales workers to duties and tasks, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service
  • Authorizing returns and refunds, resolving any issues that may arise
  • Establishing work schedules and overseeing the daily operations of the store
  • Selling merchandise and maintaining inventory levels
  • Preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Coordinating activities of workers and supervising their performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in retail management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • A basic security clearance and the ability to pass a background check
