Job Title: Food Service Director

Aramark Canada is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our food service operations in a healthcare facility in Winnipeg, MB. As a Food Service Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing culinary and dining solutions that meet customer needs and tastes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement food service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee food standards and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and client requirements.
  • Manage financial accountability and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Lead a team of supervisors and front-line employees to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Red Seal chef or strong culinary experience is an asset.
  • Previous experience managing in a unionized environment is an asset.
  • Menu management, budgeting, and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
