Job Title: Early Childhood Educator Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at Balwin Learn N Play Daycare & Out of School Care. As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily activities and programs of our early childhood educators, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Support early childhood educators in maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, singing, and craft preparation.
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors.
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children.
Requirements:
  • Child Development Worker (ECE Level 2) certification.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
