Job Title: Production Associate

Job Summary:

Stericycle is seeking a Production Associate to join our team in CA. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for manufacturing products according to drawings and specifications provided, ensuring timely manufacturing of products to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble Console cabinets from flatpack components.
  • Operate production equipment according to specific directions provided.
  • Maintain and ensure work area and aisles around areas are kept clean and free of debris.
  • Assist in training other team members to meet established standards.
  • Ensure parts, subassemblies, and finished product are labeled correctly by reviewing and updating where necessary on a regular basis.
  • Inspect and ensure all cut quality is within tolerance.
  • Assist in developing solutions to problems.
  • Perform work in accordance with quality standards and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent with Math and English at the high school graduate level.
  • 0-1 year of work experience in a related industrial or woodworking production environment.
  • Must be able to use hand tools, quality assurance devices, tape measures, and production equipment.
  • Basic computer skills/knowledge.
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively with internal customers, verbally.
  • Demonstrates a professional attitude when approaching work assignments.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency towards completing assigned tasks.
  • Demonstrates ability to complete tasks in a given period, adjusting for changing priorities.
