Dietary Assistant Professional

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Assistant to join our team at Spring Living. As a Dietary Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent food services to our residents.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the overall success of our dining program. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, including cleaning and sanitizing dishes, setting tables, and replenishing condiments and supplies.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of food usage and portioning out meals as needed.
- In addition, you will assist with preparing simple food items, such as heating and finishing dishes, and stock refrigerators and salad bars.
- As part of your duties, you will also wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit, using manual and electrical appliances as necessary.
Key Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a food service or dietary assistant role is an asset.
- You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods are essential for this role.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and holidays.
