Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled carpenter to join our team as a Master Tradesperson for Building Repairs and Renovations. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for carrying out various tasks related to building repairs and renovations, including but not limited to:
- Repairing and replacing damaged or worn-out components of buildings;
- Performing renovation work on residential and commercial properties;
- Working on-site to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
You will be required to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Red Seal Certification in Carpentry;
- A clear Driver's Abstract;
- A clear Code of Conduct;
- IICRC certification (an asset but not necessary);
- Previous insurance work experience (preferred).
