We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Econix InfoTech Ltd. as a User Support Technician. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems using technical manuals, online resources, and collaboration with other technical support analysts.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems, software, and other technical tools.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and user feedback to improve our technical support processes.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to users, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work, and willingness to relocate for this position.
- Language: Fluency in English.
