We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Delzotto Butchershop. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for preparing and processing meats for sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
  • Cut and trim meats to standard cuts
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Weigh meats for sale
  • Cut poultry into parts
  • Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
  • Cut fish into steaks and fillets
  • Grind meats
Work Environment

As a Meat Cutter at Delzotto Butchershop, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
