Job Title: Nurturing Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurturing Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Stars for Life Childcare Education Ltd. This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in the field. They must be able to work in a child care centre setting and possess excellent communication skills.

About the Role

In this role, you will assist co-workers with housekeeping and cooking duties, as well as support early childhood educators in implementing programs that promote children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.

You will also be responsible for engaging children in activities such as storytelling, singing, and crafting, preparing snacks and arranging rooms or furniture for meals and rest periods.

Additionally, you will observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioural problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a dental plan and healthcare plan.
