About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Anesthesiologist to join our team at Cornwall Community Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with other medical professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide anesthesia services to patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop anesthesia plans
  • Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures
  • Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes
Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
  • Completion of an anesthesiology residency program
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the province of Ontario
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
