Retail Store Manager

Sanko Trading Co is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail business. The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Manage inventory, including ordering merchandise and organizing stock.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Accurate and efficient in all aspects of the job.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and reliable with a strong sense of dependability.
- Judgement and decision-making skills are essential.
The successful candidate will be a permanent employee working 40 hours per week in a retail business setting. English is the primary language used in this role.
