Senior Project Designer

At The Attain Group Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Designer to lead our IT and telecom infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the success of our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and planning of IT and telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, schematics, and specifications for IT and telecom systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT and telecom solutions seamlessly into overall project designs.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of designs to ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Lead project management tasks, including budget estimation, resource allocation, and timeline management on various projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, Smart Buildings, structured cabling or a related field (equivalent work experience will be considered).
  • ~10-15 years of experience in IT and telecom design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design tools.
  • Solid knowledge of National and Provincial Building Codes, as well as Associated Standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, reporting to various stakeholders.
