Job Description

ProStitch is seeking a highly skilled Financial Record Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and ensuring the timely completion of financial reports. If you have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, and are proficient in MS Great Plains and QuickBooks, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Post journal entries and manage accounts payable.
  • Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Utilize MS Great Plains and QuickBooks to manage financial data and prepare reports.
Requirements
  • College or equivalent education in Accounting or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial management.
  • Proficient in MS Great Plains and QuickBooks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
