Financial Record Coordinator

ProStitch is seeking a highly skilled Financial Record Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and ensuring the timely completion of financial reports. If you have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, and are proficient in MS Great Plains and QuickBooks, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
- Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Post journal entries and manage accounts payable.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Utilize MS Great Plains and QuickBooks to manage financial data and prepare reports.
- College or equivalent education in Accounting or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial management.
- Proficient in MS Great Plains and QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
