SAP Functional Lead, Record to Report Specialist

Nutrien is a leading provider of agricultural products, services, and solutions. We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Lead to join our team and drive SAP solutions to support our Record to Report business function.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements and follow SAP best practices
- Work with functional architects and analysts to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives
- Ensure integrity of all solutions in the Record to Report space through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to facilitate the business strategy with technology
- Host and drive interactive working sessions with business stakeholders to achieve solution alignment
- Prioritize demand items in the R2R space and direct the optimized SAP solution delivery
- Minimum 15 years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery
- Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role leading a team of SAP professionals
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent
- Hands-on functional experience working in various sub-modules of S/4HANA FICO with integration to SD, MM & PP
- Experience in SAP development estimation and using best practices in SAP solution delivery
