Job Overview:
We're seeking a talented and experienced Barber or Hairstylist to join our respected team at Tommy Gun's. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and showcasing your expertise in haircutting and grooming.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality services to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques, applying them to your work
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- A trained Journeyman-certified Barber or Hair Stylist, or in the process of completing your Apprenticeship
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to go above and beyond for every guest
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure
- In-depth industry knowledge and trend awareness, with a desire to stay current and innovative
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
- Flexibility for shift work and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
