We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at Twin Mountain Petro Ltd. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail store. Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, promote sales, and implement visual merchandising displays to drive sales growth.
  • Inventory Management: Count and reconcile inventory regularly, report discrepancies, and participate in stock replenishment and restocking activities.
  • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and maintain a secure and organized work environment.

We are looking for a team player who is able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in retail or a related field is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Additional Information
