About this role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Application Developer to join our operations team at Amilia Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our e-commerce platform. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and maintaining system performance, proactively identifying and resolving bugs, analyzing and improving performance bottlenecks, ensuring the security and integrity of our platform, developing and deploying fixes and enhancements, and staying up to date on technologies and industry trends.

Key responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure the platform runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and resolve bugs in collaboration with product and development teams.
  • Analyze and improve performance bottlenecks and ensure optimal system response times.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our platform by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing solutions.
  • Develop and deploy fixes and enhancements to improve system reliability and usability.
  • Stay up to date on technologies and industry trends to ensure best practices are followed within the team and organization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma (DEC) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years experience in web application development.
  • Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and React, as well as SQL (or similar technologies).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
