Senior Infrastructure Engineer

CV Library has exciting opportunities for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their dynamic team in the UK. As a key member of the Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing sustainable development infrastructure solutions to private sector clients. With a focus on highway and drainage design, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from large-scale distribution centre developments to residential schemes.

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will have a good level of experience within the UK and an aspiration to gain Incorporated or Chartered status. You will be able to balance several projects and meet project timetables, with a strong working knowledge of UK design standards. Experience in highways, external works, and drainage for these types of projects is essential.

The successful candidate will be encouraged to manage projects, attend meetings, and liaise with clients, design teams, and third-party representatives. Proven report writing and communication skills are required, together with an ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Private sector experience and a working knowledge in the use of Civil3D.
• Experience with Microdrainage, Autocad, Autotrack, and Navisworks.
• PDS line and sign design experience would be beneficial.
• Ability to undertake 3D coordination with the design team to ensure that internal project work can be released in IFC or similar format to the required site grid systems.
