About the JobThis position involves overseeing the daily operations of taxi and limousine drivers, ensuring that they are meeting company standards and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team of 3-4 people.
The Transportation Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating activities such as preparing reports, supervising workers and projects, and arranging training for employees. They will need to ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and make recommendations for personnel actions when necessary.
In terms of qualifications, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a criminal record check and enhanced security clearance will be necessary. The successful candidate will also need to have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as be flexible and organized.
