About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Circle K. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of retail professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Lead and develop a team of retail professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Manage store budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with regional and national teams to drive business initiatives and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
