Key Responsibilities
  • Product Display and Maintenance
    • Arrange products according to planograms to maximize sales and visual appeal
    • Maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand
  • Visual Merchandising
    • Design and implement visually appealing store displays and window displays
    • Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure a cohesive visual brand
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels
    • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with the merchandising team, store staff, and management
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required

Work Environment

As a Retail Merchandising Specialist with Devrew Merchandising, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a variety of locations. You will be required to stand for extended periods and lift and move products as needed.
