- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring spending aligns with designated project allocations.
- Communicate project goals, objectives, scope, and resource commitments to stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
- Produce detailed project documentation, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Facilitate team meetings, ensuring effective communication, and collaboration among team members.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a project leader.
- Project management training and certification is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, consultation, analysis, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
