Sales & Service Representative - Industrial Water Treatment Specialist

Job Overview

EightSix Network is a leading provider of innovative water treatment solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Service Representative to join our team. As a Sales & Service Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an assigned territory, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an assigned territory to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide exceptional service to customers, including water analysis and equipment maintenance at customer sites.
  • Attend training courses to develop in-depth knowledge of our water treatment solutions and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of managing time independently and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient in smart technologies and able to adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain productive professional relationships, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • University degree in science or engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset, as is experience in outside sales (not necessarily in water treatment).
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and car ownership are required.
