About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned engineer to fill the position of Section Chief, Advanced Structure Engineering. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers to develop innovative solutions for future aircraft structures.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the requirements related to the development of primary structures, both in terms of design and justification. They will also possess experience in structural integrations and conceptual design, as well as strong organizational and managerial skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational objectives
- Manage a team of engineers to define and develop future aircraft structures
- Ensure adequate engineering resources are assigned to tasks to meet product development deadlines
