Mobil Gasbar 2935 is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
- Post journal entries, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or related field.

- Attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
