Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. As an Operations Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling logistics and transportation tasks, and supporting administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Handle and process packages, shipments, and other logistics-related tasks
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative duties
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives
Requirements:
- 1-6 months of experience in customer service or a related field
- Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
