About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Clinical Therapist to join our team at Tillicum Lelum Aboriginal Society. As a Registered Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing mental health services to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with a range of mental health concerns.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work closely with our team to provide comprehensive mental health services.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health therapy.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. clinical psychology, social work, counselling).
  • Registration with a relevant professional association (e.g. Canadian Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology).
  • Experience working with diverse populations, particularly Indigenous communities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
