Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Engineer to join our team at Bantrel. As a key member of our project controls team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of project cost estimates and budgets
  • Support the implementation of cost control systems and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze project costs to ensure compliance with project budgets and schedules
  • Prepare and present cost reports to project stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate cost risks
  • Develop and maintain project cost forecasts and cash flow projections
  • Support the development of project financial plans and budgets
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals and contract negotiations
  • Perform cost data analysis and provide recommendations to project teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project controls or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of project cost control systems and procedures
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in project management or cost engineering
  • Experience with project controls software such as EcoSys, Primavera P6, SAP, and Oracle
