Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join our Core Tech team at Behaviour Interactive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality backend and frontend features, collaborating with fellow programmers and tech leads, and contributing to the growth and success of our studio.

About the Role:

  • Design, develop, and refactor new systems and features to ensure they are fast, secure, and scalable to millions of concurrent players.
  • Fix bugs and address issues across core tech services, from simple fixes to complex critical problems.
  • Optimize performance and memory by profiling features, detecting bottlenecks, and implementing optimizations.
  • Write unit tests, functional tests, and load tests to ensure the robustness and quality of features.
  • Collaborate with the Core Tech team and other developers to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • At least fourteen (14) years of experience as a full-stack developer, with a strong background in the gaming industry.
  • A full-stack generalist with expertise in low- and high-level code, frontend, and backend development.
  • Strong experience with relational and non-relational database technologies, including DynamoDB, Redis, MySQL, and others.
  • Experience with NodeJS, Typescript, web frameworks (React/Angular), and AWS services is highly desirable.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and a collaborative spirit.
