We are seeking a part-time Process Server to assist our clients in locating and serving individuals involved in court cases. As a Process Server, you will conduct research to identify and locate individuals, while prioritizing a list to create a route. You will communicate with various individuals to collect information and obtain assistance to access those needing to be served. You will complete surveillance, to approach and serve documents at locations frequented by individuals who are to be served documents. You will identify difficult to serve individuals and strategize a solution using creativity. You will review and sign affidavits of service (or attempted service). Using our mobile app, you will enter service details and provide detailed notes on attempts made.

  • You are highly detailed orientated and can note take with accuracy
  • You are a confident communicator who can strike a conversation with people from all walks of life
  • You are tech savvy and can are comfortable using mobile apps
  • You are a fast learner and can quickly adapt to changing environments
  • You have a good driving history and are comfortable to operate a company vehicle
