Job Title: Assembly Operations Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Operations Assistant to join our team at Metalcraft Technology Inc. As an essential member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our assembly processes.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the production team with various assembly tasks, including masking preparation for powder coating, orbital sanding, hardware insertion, and packaging shipments.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in metal fabrication or a related industry is an asset.
* Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when needed.
* Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
