We have our first location in Sherwood Park, Alberta, covering 48k square feet. This location serves as the foundation for our national chain focused on western Canada.

The Role

As a Store Floater at L'OCA Quality Market, you will wear multiple hats, adapting to different roles with ease. You will become the go-to person for customer queries, ensuring they leave with a smile and the best products in their bags.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries, providing exceptional service and fostering a positive shopping experience.
  • Cross-train in various departments, expanding your skillset and contributing to store operations.
  • Collaborate with team members, promoting a culture of mutual respect and outstanding teamwork.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and cleanliness throughout the store.
  • Participate in team-wide meetings to drive growth and innovation within the company.

Requirements

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work with diverse personalities.
  • Familiarity with store procedures and a keen eye for detail.
  • Good numerical skills and an understanding of store operations.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and other essential tools.
