Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Coordinator to join our team in our North Vancouver clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success of Snore MD's sleep apnea patient experience by:
- Triaging patient referrals and coordinating bookings
- Communication and reporting with allied healthcare professional teams, such as doctors and specialists
- Clinic operations, receiving inventory and processing sleep test equipment
- Insurance paperwork support
Responsibilities
The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic, including coordinating bookings and triaging patient referrals
- Communicating and reporting with allied healthcare professional teams, including doctors and specialists
- Receiving and processing sleep test equipment, as well as managing inventory
- Providing support with insurance paperwork and other administrative tasks
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Mature, confident team player with an insatiable drive to perform

- A keen desire to learn new technologies and savvy computer skills
- Medical experience as a medical office assistant or physio/optometry/sleep clinic

What We Offer
Snore MD proudly offers:
- $22.00-$25.00 per hour + bonus
- Up to $4.00 per hour in monthly bonus (up to $29.00 bonus included)
