Job Description

THREE BROTHERS TRANSPORT INC. is seeking an experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Driver to join our team.

About the Role

This position involves driving a tractor-trailer combination over long distances, transporting goods and materials across the country. As an OTR Truck Driver, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating a commercial vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of your route, cargo, and fuel consumption.
  • Loading and unloading goods at various locations, often working with a two-person team or convoy.
  • Performing routine maintenance checks on your vehicle, including inspections of tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid Class 1 or A driver's license.
  • Experience as a commercial truck driver, preferably with air brakes endorsement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, such as inclement weather or unexpected delays.
Work Environment

As an OTR Truck Driver, you can expect to spend extended periods away from home, often traveling through various locations. You will be required to:

  • Willingly travel cross-border and internationally.
  • Be willing to travel for extended periods and overnight stays.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
