Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Offer personalized product recommendations based on client preferences and needs.
    • Ensure a seamless shopping experience, handling transactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest product launches, trends, and technologies.
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sephora's product offerings, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
    • Communicate product knowledge to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Training and Development
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and skills.
    • Actively seek feedback and coaching from managers and colleagues to improve performance.
    • Assist in training and developing new team members.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure accurate inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining product displays.
    • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
    • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
    • Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
