Job Title: Daycare Worker

Brentwood Childcare Center is seeking a dedicated and caring Daycare Worker to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified individual to assist early childhood educators in creating a nurturing environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and implementing programs that cater to the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
  • Engage children in activities that promote learning and development, such as storytelling, singing, and crafts.
  • Prepare healthy snacks and maintain a safe and organized environment.
  • Observe and record children's progress, and communicate with educators and supervisors as needed.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a childcare setting.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment

This is a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
