Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Macbeeners Business Goods. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and identifying discrepancies.
- Stockroom Operations: Supervise the receipt and storage of merchandise, ensuring that all items are properly labeled, counted, and stored in a safe and secure manner.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Availability: Available for shift or on-call work
