Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services to our patients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of common acute illnesses and stable chronic conditions.
  • Order diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Three years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree.
  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS).
  • Nursing diploma is acceptable.
