Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships and ensure optimal client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the scheduling and verification of appointments for property viewings, inspections, and closings, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Client Communications: Responsively and professionally handle client inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare and manage real estate paperwork, contracts, and forms, maintaining precise and well-organized records of transactions, communications, and client information.
  • Data Entry and Filing: Provide support with data entry, filing, and various administrative tasks as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Aid in property listings by generating marketing materials, taking photos, and uploading property information on relevant platforms, showcasing properties in the best possible light.
  • Transaction Coordination: Coordinate property viewings, open houses, and virtual tours, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among clients, lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
  • Transaction Management: Monitor transaction timelines diligently, ensuring all deadlines are met, and resolving any transaction-related issues that may arise.

Requirements
  • Real Estate License: Holding a valid Real Estate License in the relevant jurisdiction is mandatory for this position.
  • Experience: Previous experience in real estate or a related field is highly desirable, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry and its practices.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively are crucial for managing various responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
